TRISTAN BONSER - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Welcome
First, I would like to say thank you for taking the time to visit my website.
I am Tristan Bonser, the son of Steven Bonsers, known locally in the area as the managing director and chairman of Bonser New Homes Ltd, whom constructed over 200 new homes within the Leicestershire area between the years of 1984 - 2004, and he is my biggest supporter of my newly formed company.
I myself have two decades of working within the construction industry, first in a site carpentry operative position, working my way to a site supervisory role, and then over the past 7 years management level of multiple commercial and residential reinstatement,
refurbishment and alteration projects. As such I've seen and been involved in the trade at all levels.
Recently I decided to take advantage of a given opportunity to branch off and set up my own contracting firm based on my belief of turning out a finished product to be proud of, along with liaising in a transparent, honest and friendly approach, applying this to either my own hands on work, or projects I oversee.

I have operated within the trade for nearly two decades, with a carpentry based background along with my supervisory skills, I have the know-how, tools and skills to undertake all general aspects of site based joinery and carpentry in house which you would expect, including but not limited to:

Along within the in-house carpentry services we offer, throughout my time within the trade, I have worked with many other contracting firms, figuring out the good from the bad, and the ones who offer valued services and operate with a similar mentality of pride in work as i do. As such i now have a trusted selection of subcontractors that I liaise with for all aspects of work, knowing that they will perform to the high standrads required.
As such i can arrange or assist in providing sub-contractors in but not limited to the following areas:

PROJECT MANGEMENT
I have over 7 years’ experience of project management where I have been the standalone responsible project manager on contracts with individual values ranging from as little as a few thousand pounds for minor repairs and redecoration, to in excess of £200,000 larger scale works, I have also run many of these contracts in unison with overlapping time frames, having project managed overall combined contract values exceeding £1,000,000 on multiple occasions, meaning that I will be able to offer services to cover multiple projects should it be required.
My main fields of expertise are repair, refurbishment and alteration of existing structure primarily on a residential premise basis, however, I also have experience in undertaking commercial works and extension projects.
To undertake works I can obtain and pull resources and services from a wide selection of trusted, approved and accredited suppliers and sub-contractors, along with undertaking all carpentry and joinery requirements in-house as detailed above.
